Registration Fees:
Pre Conference Workshop - $90 (Only 60 spots available)

Early Symposium Registration - $600 (Until August 3)
Regular Symposium Registration - $700 (Starting August 4)

Early Student Registration - $300 (Until August 3)
Regular Student Registration - $400 (Starting August 4)


Symposium Registration includes the following:
• 4 Lunches (Tuesday - Friday)
• Opening Social (Monday - 2 drink tickets)
• Closing Banquet (Friday - 2 drink tickets)
• Field Trip (Thursday)
• Poster Social (Wednesday - 2 drink tickets)
• AM/PM Breaks (Tuesday through Friday)
• Symposium Gift

Post Conference Field Trip Options:

Single Bed - Registration $875
Sleeping bag $80
Towel and Amenities at the Research Station $25

Post conference registration includes the following:
  • September 29 - Saturday: Lunch and Dinner
    September 30 - Sunday: Breakfast Lunch and Dinner
    October 1 - Monday: Breakfast and Lunch
  • Transportation to and from the parks with various stops along the way
  • Snacks and drinks along the way
  • *Two nights lodging (Single Beds at the University of Wyoming Research Station on Jackson Lake)
  • Entrance into the park

*Please note that bedding and amenities are NOT provided. If you need to purchase a sleeping bag, pillow or towels along with personal hygiene items please make those purchases when you register for the Symposium's Post Conference Fieldtrip.
